For our People & Organization Department (P&O, formerly known as Human Resources HR team), we are looking for you to become part of our dynamic team at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany


Your mission: Kia is looking for passionate and ambitious students who are eager to learn in an international and fast paced environment. We are seeking for students with an optimistic mindset being able to work flexibly in an agile working world. Are you eager to take the challenge?

Joining the P&O team means personally contributing to elevating the European region and our 14 markets through P&O activities and strategies. In your role, you'll directly engage with various stakeholders across Europe—P&O business partners, employees, and management. This internship offers a chance to immerse yourself in all strategic and operational P&O facets.

Your talents:

  • Passion for Business/ Economics, Psychology or Human Resources

  • Fluent in English 

  • Strong affinity and adeptness with digital tools (e.g. Powerpoint, Excel, Canva)

  • Excitement about collaborating in a diverse environment with individuals from varied cultural backgrounds

  • Enthusiasm for crafting content and narratives focused on people's experiences

The requirements:

  • Enrolled during the whole period internship period

  • A valid visa and an unrestricted permit to work in Germany
