at the KIA Motors Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.

Your Mission:

You develop the European Regional Headquarters' (RHQ) Production & Sales Volume plan for Kia and all markets. You steer and lead the yearly Business Plan process and you develop a benchmarking to optimize key KPI's of the Business Plan. You plan, observe and guide the European CO2 performance and you are the first market contact point for all yearly planning topics.

Volume/Business Plan

  • Steer & coordinate total business plan process within KME and the markets (subsidiaries & distributors)
  • Support the markets during the business plan process
  • Optimize the volume plan throughout the year
  • Align the business plan with our RHQ strategy
  • Develop & implement an European Digital Volume Planning tool


  • Develop CO2 Plan for RHQ
  • Coordinate CO2 performance across Europe
  • Close cooperation with Product and Sales in order to optimize performance


  • Development of benchmarking of business plan KPI´s
  • Coordinate and align with departments optimization plans of KPI´s for the markets.
  • Coordinate cross departments target tracking and analysing
  • Develop reporting of KPI´s achievement for all markets

Your talents:

  • University degree
  • Minimum of 8 years’ working experience, preferably in Automotive business
  • Experience in Business/Volume Planning
  • Experience of cross functional interaction
  • Experience in a Market (sales – or planning) preferred
  • International experience
  • Experience in leading people
  • Highly proactive thinking and acting as well as a strong self-motivation
  • Good computer skills (MS-Office) especially excel and power point.
  • Great planner with capability to “deliver” within deadlines 
  • Able to manage resistances and oppositions, finding solutions within the constrictions 
  • Dynamic, self-motivated with great level of originality
  • Negotiation skills for commercial discussions at senior management level
  • Highly adaptable, flexible and able to deal positively with uncertaint
  • Fluent in English; an additional European language is an advantage
