at the KIA Motors Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.

Your Mission:


  • Provide support and co-ordination on the Pan-European Digital Platforms User Experience, Content and Business Functionalities Development and Evolution, including:
  • Corporate and Dealer Websites – which will include Design, Customer Journey, Functionalities/Tools and Content 
  • Targeting, Lead Management and Platform personalisation 
  • Research, Tracking/Analytics, User Interface & User Experience Analysis, Customer Journey Surveys and derive customer insights and platform improvement through data
  •  Search Engine Optimization
  • Co-ordination and necessary management with development/relaunch and roll out of automotive marketing/business, CRM, sales and aftersales functionalities, e.g. Car Configurator, Finance calculator or any other market/KME requirements
  • User experience, functional platform evolution (manage the full requirements gathering process, central development and market roll outs, agile development)
  • Ensure structural & processual frontend performance/usability, quality assurance and legal compliance
  • Support with enhancements of the customer experience on the platform
  • Support, consult & govern EU markets on functional requirements, projects and platform frontend improvements
  • Steer, coordinate and support multiple company stakeholders (management, marketing, sales, aftersales, HR, IT, markets) on projects and requirements together with the Digital Experience Platforms Manager
  • Govern functional and process improvements and set up frontend guidelines with service providers, markets and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure brand & CI alignment, creative excellence, usability and conversion
  • Develop, coordinate, share and implement best practices
  • Core Contributor to Kia’s Pan-European Digital Channels, Platforms and Digital Business Innovation


Your Talents:


  • University degree in Economics, E-Business or New Media with Economics/IT Focus 
  • 3+ years experience in website user experience, content management and project management
  • Automotive experience and experience with agile project management & development methods as an advantage
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Analytics and Target or comparable large content management systems and suites
  • Experience in multi-market website content management and rollouts as an advantage
  • Experience in working in an international environment and with multiple interfaces (company departments & management, subsidiaries, internal and external service providers)
  • Understanding of the concepts & functional aspects (design, structure, use cases, usability, customer journey, conversion) of digital interfaces
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills 
  • Ability to assess and define business requirements and transfer them into technical, functional and structural solutions 
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (other languages as an advantage)
  • High-performance, results oriented and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in an international and fast paced environment 
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt in a multicultural/multi-stakeholder and quickly developing environment
  • High motivation to contribute to evolving the Pan-European Corporate and Dealer Websites, as well as future digital business market places
