at the KIA Motors Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.

The Requirements:

For your internship at Kia Motors Europe you need to be enrolled during the whole internship period. Furthermore you need a valid visa and an unrestricted permit to work in Germany. We recommend completing a six-month internship with us, as this gives you sufficient time to learn about Kia Motors Europe and familiarize yourself with your topic.


Your Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • PR Pre-production car management & co-ordination

-Managing car preparation process including support with parts ordering, vehicle inspection visits and following-up of invoicing process

-Regular maintenance/update of car booking sheet, coordination and follow-up of car preparation process and transports in close co-operation with car agencies

  • Preparation of internal budget requests and cost overview

-Creating internal budget request sheets (RFA) by collecting cost estimates from suppliers, comparison and proceeding to get the final approval

-Creating cost overview for pre-production cars, car preparation using regular communication with suppliers

  • PETD’s & other media test drive programs

-Support in planning of the PETDs car fleet

-Support in coordinating the car logistics and preparation process with agencies

-Support in car related activities for event (e.g. maintaining car lists, test route selection, quick reference guides)

  • Motor Shows

-Support in planning of the cars on booth display

-Support in coordinating the car logistics and preparation process with agencies

  • Additional administrative tasks, e.g.

-Preparation of PowerPoint presentations or concerning different matters

-Preparation of car lists and time tables for various events


The job holder has to cooperate with other employees of the company and the agencies in such a way that it promotes a smooth information flow and a good collaboration in general.


Your Profile & Qualifications:

  • Commercial Education
  • A minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience as an intern or specialist, preferably in an international environment and with Marketing background
  • Sound knowledge of cars and the automotive industry
  • Basic knowledge in PR
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Excellent computer skills (MS-Office)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Autonomous functioning as well as capacity for teamwork
  • A valid driving license for Germany (class B)
