Your Purpose:

Contribute to develop the digital customer journey for Kia in Europe. Enhance and manage the cross-divisional digital Customer Relationship Management (CRM) eco system. 


Your Mission:

  • Coordinate Kia platform integration along the customer journey (i.e. MyKia, Kia Charge, E-lead/MySales, UVO, Kia.com, CRM, Dealer digital showroom) - multi-layered on Mobile Apps, Websites, NSCs and Dealer-level Applications
  • Provide guidance on main Use Cases and brief our technical stakeholders with clear requirements
  • Support the CRM team with suggestions on new modules and functionalities based on current business needs
  • Understand the requirements from different markets and identify new solutions and needs to adapt the central solution taking into account budget and development resources
  • Analyse markets CRM business requirements, facilitate the translation of them into IT SOW
  • Debrief, coordinate and monitor development of external suppliers and agencies
  • Follow up solution testing and implementation phases
  • Build strong relationships with markets and other relevant internal or external stakeholders to drive the projects success and eliminate potential roadblocks
  • Monitor annual budget for areas of responsibility


Your Talents:

  • University Degree (Bachelor/ Master) in Business, IT or Business Informatics
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience within CRM/ Digital Project Management
  • Experience with developing digital solutions, ideally good understanding of mobile applications and relative interfaces
  • Manage complex projects on an international and multi-stakeholders scale
  • Exposure to an Agile culture / organization 
  • Strong interest for Customer Digital solutions in the Automotive Industry
  • Passion for new technologies and rapid development
  • Culture to drive agility and organization wide collaboration among cross functional teams
  • Self-confident, positive thinking, flexible and with ability to rapidly adapt
  • Fluent in English, other European languages are an advantage
