Your Mission:


1.  Business Management

  • Support with the creation of monthly BM reporting for senior management
  • With permission of individual markets, monitor and report on the dealer-level data by market
  • Conduct relevant financial analysis of BM data to determine network profitability and market trends
  • Perform dealer-level P&L analysis for smaller markets & highlight weak areas and improvement areas

      

2.  Network Reporting & Dealer Systems

  • Support the implementation and use of the new European Dealer Database System and the existing Dealer Data Management System in the markets
  • Support with IT developments aimed at Standard Audit evaluations and analysis, providing National and European reports and overviews.
  • Continuously improve the design process, UI specifications, and our design patterns together with the Programming Team
  • Document functional & technical requirements for business and systems integration
  • Identify, test and design new features and services for our users across the platform
  • Keep abreast with internal IT systems and documentation requirements, standards (including quality management and IT security) as well as with industry standard methodologies in using technologies for the business and with regulatory environments / requirements if applicable.


Your Talents:


  • University Degree, preferable in Business Technology; Familiarity with programming and/or data science area will be a definite plus
  • 1-2 years previous experience in the automotive business is an advantage (preferably in a network development supporting role)
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams throughout the design process, such as mapping systems to build a user interface in order to have a centralized Pan-European Dealer database.
  • Experience in UI/UX design. Design and implement processes and supporting system solutions within a complex IT or business area. You know how to translate users and customers’ expectations into UI concepts
  • Experience working with financial and accounting data, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Excellent personal computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Capability to use current technologies (online systems, digital technologies, etc.)
  • Customer oriented and with good communication skills
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills
  • Capability to integrate resources
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); an additional European language constitutes an advantage
