Sales District Manager
The District Manager is responsible for the sales performance of the Kia Network in the East- & West Flanders. As a key person between Kia Motors Belgium and the dealers, the District Manager has to maximize business performances and customer satisfaction of overall sales operation activities such as sales, achieving sales volume, promoting sales and market shares.
To ensure appropriate coverage is given to existing and potential dealers
Targeting appropriate groups and identifying opportunities and applications to ensure smooth introduction of new products and systems.
Coaching, stimulating and developing the network in order to develop the sales results
Managing and developing the sales territory and implementing and controlling the opportunities
Analyzing the retailers competitiveness and setting up objectives in consultation with them
To develop with the dealer on a creative way with a vision on the market opportunities
To implement marketing actions and events by using the know how of our internal specialists
To provide relevant tools to the retailers in order to give them the opportunity to develop and maximize their business
To ensure the achievement of the follow up of the sales results (wholesales, retails and orders…)
To make sure that the dealer visit report be updated on a daily basis and send to Dealer & Senior Network Sales Manager
Follow up on demo cars and stock situation
Roll out new strategy and objectives (signature of new contract addenda, implementation of dealer targets…)
Ensure dealer’s adherence to Kia Strategy, policy (standards, sales policy…)
Bachelor degree in economics or with commercial direction
Preferably 1-2 years experience in the automotive business
Strong commercial feeling
Good organizational skills
Pro-active – Problem solver - Negotiator
Able to work independently
Fluent in Dutch, good knowledge of French & English
