Kia Motors Company Italy, National Sales Company of Kia Motors Corporation, is currently looking for a Dealer Fleet Manager.
The position is based in Milan.
The candidate will be employed with a permanent contract.
The “Dealer Fleet Manager”, works within the Sales Fleet & Remarketing team reporting to the Fleet & Remarketing Manager and supports her/his manager in ensuring that on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis the business sales consistently and profitably meets vehicle sales, market share and revenues, in a highly competitive work environment. Manages Kia Certified Dealers (Business Centers) and ensure, with her/his commitment, sales target in accordance with Brand policies and strategies. Maintains and develops long-term relationships with existing and new Local Fleet Customers. S/he provides excellent customer service to the customer base. S/he ensures that on a local basis Business communication is made by dealers through both ATL and BTL channels according to the Headquarter guidelines. S/he provides continuous feedback to Headquarter on policies and strategies, on the competitive scenario and on dealers conditions.
The Dealer Fleet Manager is responsible to achieve for the Business Sales (Dealer Fleet) the monthly, quarterly and annual Business Sales targets. S/he proposes volumes recovery actions, and drafts and executes local actions with Dealers Network.
S/he will be in charge of managing, developing and maintaining the KIA certified dealer (Business Center) networks. S/he will focus on developing local results in terms of vehicle sales, market share in Rental and Companies channels and Wholesale to dealer network.
S/he plans, implements and monitors Commercial animation, car promotion and test drive activity on the local Fleet customers.
S/he supervises a team of Regional Dealer Fleet Manager in order to manage Business Center. S/he interacts with Regional Managers and Sales zone Managers to manage rest of dealer network in order to achieve the National Business Sales result.
S/he cooperates with CQ/CRM department in order to manage database of Business Customers.
S/he develops and maintains a reporting dashboards that covers:
- Quotation, contracts, retail, wholesale by dealer
- Market Share by Area of Influence
- Analysis of Business sub-channels
- KPI’s for the marketing initiatives
S/he regularly visits the stakeholders, communicates KMIt targets and collects their feedback.
Degree in business administration or other relevant degree
3/4 years in automotive industry
The ideal candidate should also have specific experience within the Business Sales force of International Companies.
