You're a perfectionist. You're picky, driven, stubborn, and relentless. You have a knack for breaking things and then letting other people know how you did it. You know what great looks like and you don't stop until you see it.
Your core responsibility is to ensure stability of the application on a daily basis and to work closely with the development and operations team
- Isolating and reporting bugs
- Running manual tests on mobile phones, tablets, as well as desktop browsers
- Help design and facilitate test plans and test cases
- Interact closely with developers offering suggestions and ideas for improving the quality of products
- Develop software test automation process
- Triage incoming issues and assess potential impact
Some things you should know
- You will be working along other QA engineers
- We follow Scrum (weekly sprints, SP1, SP2, review, retrospectives, refinements)
- We are located in the heart of the city. Lots of restaurants and transportation options nearby
- We have a documented API and follow the JSONAPI specification (http://jsonapi.org/) to make your on-boarding a lot simpler
- Building exciting / awesome internal tools for the fast moving tech delivery platform
