Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service is required for this position.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Careful listening and attention to details
  • Ability to quickly analyze and and solve problems
  • Fluent in English language
  • Must have personal laptop/desktop and stable internet (will temporarily work from home during quarantine period)


Responsibilities:

  • Provides high-quality customer service to customers to ensure smooth flow of inquiries and complaints
  • Prior experience handling numerous customer tickets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Give constant direction to new starters within the team and ensuring that all customer inquiries are rightfully attended to on time and in the best way possible
  • Be the bridge in between MetroMart shoppers and customers by responding to and promptly resolve customer complains
  • Motivates, coaches, trains and directs new starters for customer service team on the best ways and approaches to attend to customers’ needs based on the SOPs
