The ideal Sales Development Representative candidate is an energetic, self-starter, over-achiever who strives to build rapport and long-term relationships with prospects and customers. We provide ample training, and sales experience which will serve any candidate for the rest of their career.

Job Details:

·        Full-time

·        $45K - $75K+ OTE

·        Located in Austin, TX

What You’ll Do:

·       Generate appointments for the Account Executive team through proactive outreach to prospects via cold calling and strategic

e-mail campaigning

·        Identify, qualify, document, track, and monitor leads utilizing a variety of tools including Salesforce and SalesLoft

·        Promote and position the value of NinjaRMM’s offerings based on the prospect’s individual business needs

·        Ensure all prospects receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service

·        Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities

·        Exceed sales targets

Required Skills and Experience:

·        Competitive eagerness to set yourself apart and achieve success

·        Superior verbal and written communication skills via phone and e-mail

·        Excellent listening and analytical skills to assess the interests of prospects

·        Capacity to spend around 85% of the day on the phone with a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day

·        Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time and workload

·        Technical aptitude and the ability to successfully demonstrate software

·        Solid work ethic, positive attitude, and motivation to learn

·        Computer literacy

Bonus Skills:

·        Experience selling technology solutions to Director and C-Level executives to SMB and midmarket focused MSP’s

·        Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM)
