As a NinjaRMM project manager, you will lead teams of developers, work with QA on new features and enhancements, and get your hands dirty by digging into technical issues and aiding the debugging of issues, both during development and after deployment. You’ll also work with the Product Manager team to help define and refine the requirements for features. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to mediate issues, and you’ll have a chance to work with the top echelon of technical and business leaders.

Responsibilities

·      Work closely Product Managers to refine Product Requirements

·      Write Stories based on Product Requirement Document

·      Analyze consumer usability of the product/service

·      Lead daily stand ups and other technical meetings

·      Work with developers to find issues

·      Set up scrum boards for products

·      Track the projects status and mediate issues

·      Demo features for the internal team

·      Set up and maintain Confluence document for the project

·      Submit weekly status reports for the projects you are working on

·      Identify product requirements and limitations to ensure system function

·      Encourage collaboration among team members

·      Work with QA to understand the feature and ensure quality

·      Be a key liaison between leadership, engineers, and the client-facing team.

·      Keep team focused on what needs to be accomplished.

·      Become intimately familiar with the new feature

·      Dig into technical issues and aid the debugging of issues


Skills & Qualifications

·      Prefer a developer background

·      Knowledge of Agile/Scrum

·      Strong technical background

·      Basic understanding of Full Stack applications Java, Javascript and C++

·      Familiar with Windows Internals

·      Able to work in rapid pace environment

·      Familiar with Jira and Confluence

·      Must get along with diverse international group and have a positive friendly attitude

·      Developer/Technical Background

·      Jira and Confluence
