We have created this new role to provide administrative support for M2M (machine-to-machine) SIM reporting as well as NetSuite data processing. You will use our in-house computer systems and provide reports to various internal and external stakeholders.
Essential duties will include:
- Provide daily SIM reporting usage for key customers
- Deal with queries raised from customers about daily reporting and maintain records
- Utilise in-house online management tools make changes to Nomad equipment setup/config
- Provide bespoke customer reports based on input from 'SIM Manager'
- Provide NetSuite cover during busy/holiday periods for the Procurement team
- Provide adhoc reporting for any procurement reports
- Ensure SIM information is maintained and up-to-date
Key skills experience include:
- Experience of working with systems
- Excellent computer proficiency with all Microsoft Office Applications
- Specific experience of working with large amounts data (Excel) and providing analysis in various formats
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well in pressurised situations
- Ability to multitask effectively ensuring timelines are met
- Excellent analytical skills
