We have created this new role to provide administrative support for M2M (machine-to-machine) SIM reporting as well as NetSuite data processing. You will use our in-house computer systems and provide reports to various internal and external stakeholders.


Essential duties will include:

  • Provide daily SIM reporting usage for key customers
  • Deal with queries raised from customers about daily reporting and maintain records
  • Utilise in-house online management tools make changes to Nomad equipment setup/config
  • Provide bespoke customer reports based on input from 'SIM Manager'
  • Provide NetSuite cover during busy/holiday periods for the Procurement team
  • Provide adhoc reporting for any procurement reports
  • Ensure SIM information is maintained and up-to-date


Key skills experience include:

  • Experience of working with systems
  • Excellent computer proficiency with all Microsoft Office Applications
  • Specific experience of working with large amounts data (Excel) and providing analysis in various formats
