2 x Danish Speaking Service Desk Analysts – No experience required
Nomad is a leading global provider of passenger and fleet management end-to-end solutions to the rail industry. We have a great opportunity for 2 x Danish speakers to join our Service Desk team and provide first-line support to our key customer in Denmark. No experience needed as full training will be provided and you will be part of a strong and supportive team, based here at our head office on Newcastle quayside.
To be successful you should be:
- Fluent in both verbal and written Danish and English
- Graduate with a Business and/or IT background
- Interested in learning and passionate about helping others.
Although we will provide training, if you already have the following we’d really love to hear from you:
- ITIL Foundation level
- Previous experience working as 1st line technical support.
Once fully trained, the primary responsibility of the Service Desk Analyst is to provide first level support through taking calls, responding to emails and utilising Nomad monitoring and reporting systems to identify live and historic issues with the fleets being monitored. You will work to the Service Level Agreements in place to provide an exceptional service to our global customers.

Salary: £18k - £22k depending on experience.
