Technical Communicator

We are creating a panel of Technical Writers to be available to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. You will join a team of talented tech. writers who work collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to make our products easier to use.


  • Develop a thorough understanding of the audience and the documentation required by meeting with colleagues, and working with managers to discuss technical problems
  • Research and build knowledge about products, services, technology, or concepts to be documented
  • Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information and instructions for greatest reader comprehension and write and edit technical information accordingly
  • Meet with subject matter experts
  • Work with colleagues in other departments to ensure that the finished documentation meets requirements
  • Revise, edit, or update instructions, technical information, and frequently asked questions as necessary

Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, or Information Technology
