Under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator and/or Nursing Unit Director, perform nursing patient care duties for the assigned unit or department. 

Plan, provide, and evaluate total nursing care in accordance with the established patient care philosophy. 

Facilitate individualized, goal-directed nursing care through use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures. 

Relate effectively with other shifts for continuity of care, maintain satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units; and participate in all phases of education.


Must be a RN

Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. 

Basic Life Support (BLS)

Must be able to obtain a valid licensure in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse (RN)

Must have six (6) months of clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a direct patient care setting.

Additional Info:

Nurses needed for RN's in ER, CVU, Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit, OR/Recovery Units, Cardiovascular Step Down Units and Psych Unit.

Shifts will be 12 hour shifts on nigths. The Psych unit does have a day shift available.

The person will be required to work a weekend rotation. 

The Cardiovascular Step Down Units do self scheduling within the department and it is on a 6 week rotation.

Great relationship with physicians and the overall team works well together.

The range is quoted hourly and based on experience.

Shift differentials are: Weekends: 2.50, Nights: 3.00, Night/Weekends: 7.50
