Area Manager Home Care Southeastern Massachusetts
Program growth. Lead and support strategy for key growth and performance indicators including admissions, referrals, and customer satisfaction.
Manage an operations team of 10 direct reports to support regional home care operations in 3 locations.
Assist, develop, implement and monitor the annual business plan/budget; allocation of funds regarding operation and capital expenditures
Conduct personnel selection, hiring practices, ongoing supervision, training, and termination
Participate in hiring processes to ensure necessary staffing for population management throughout branches and regions.
Works closely with sales and marketing team to carry out strategic plan for growth and targets for new referrals/business.
Develop Policies and Procedures to ensure compliance with state regulations and managed care (ASAP) contractual terms.
Ensures that all organization activities and operations are carried out in compliance with Company standards as well as local, state and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.
Responsible for annual employee performance evaluations
Develop and implement recruitment and retention initiatives annually.
4 Years of management experience in a home care services setting
Budgeting and P/L management
Marketing /Sales/ Community Relations experience required
Solid understanding of regulatory affairs.
Strong technology skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; adept at learning new software programs.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships
