Missouri Community Action Network has immediate opening for a full-time Information Systems Manager/Trainer. This position, in a team environment, is responsible for developing and conducting training and ongoing support for the statewide MIS platform for Missouri’s Community Action Agencies. Candidate must have a desire to make a difference helping people and changing lives, in part by helping improve business processes and data through the use and enhancement of the statewide MIS. This position works with a variety of people in many roles, and with varied levels of technical expertise.
Ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills, at least five years’ experience in IS management and training, software support, system pilots/testing/implementation, and project management. This is not a programming position, but software development and SQL/database experience is helpful. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred, but a combination of additional experience, education and certifications may be considered.
