Oliver Mall have been exclusively retained to assist in the appointment of an experienced Payroll professional for a global organisation with new offices launched in the heart of Cork City.


Your Role:


  • Ensure the accurate and timely payroll processing for 200+ employees in Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom, while partnering with multiple payroll vendors
  • Ensure equity related transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensure accurate withholding and submission of payroll taxes and other deductions using multiple payroll platforms
  • Ensure all requirements are met for all government reporting, regulation and compliance for payroll taxes, withholding and employer contributions
  • Assist employees with payroll inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner 
  • Special projects, ad-hoc reports as needed



Your Experience:


  • 3+ years International payroll experience
  • Regulatory payroll knowledge
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical, written and oral communication skills
  • Good payroll auditing techniques via reports and experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills
  • Proven ability to listen attentively, adhere to tight-deadlines, multi-task, maintain confidentiality and adhere to company standard of ethics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Ability to interface with all levels of the organisation
  • Associate degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or Business Management (or equivalent experience)
  • ADP Streamline or similar payroll platform
