But, we also have some big, audacious goals and we require a talented seasoned Enterprise Sales Executive to join this fantastic team. This role is home-based in the Netherlands.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in sales experience ideally within SaaS/Software/Technology sector. The more experience you have, the more senior your role becomes.
- You are sales superstar with a proven track record of smashing through targets and goals.
- You have a proven and demonstrable success with territory planning, hunting, generating your own leads, cold calling, negotiating and closing deals.
- A passion, drive and grit that fuels you to go above and beyond where you feel an energy rush, thrill and sense of accomplishment when we bring on new customers and partners.
- Growth is your middle name and you genuinely care and are passionate about developing meaningful relationships with customers, partners and your fellow Over-C superstars to drive our business forward.
- You are passionate about educating potential clients on options or solutions that are applicable to their situation and helping them understand how the software can breathe new life into their organisation.
- You have the agility to adapt, pivot and change your approach based on the needs of your business.
- You bring together resources in your business that enable you to be a successful sales professional.
A Day in the Life:
- 100% of your focus will be acquiring new business and driving sales growth through direct and indirect channels.
- Transparency, integrity and quality are at the forefront of your approach to sales.
- You will display an unwavering passion and commitment to helping your future customers understand how Over-C can transform and revolutionise their business.
- Crafting and delivering sales presentations to customers and prospects at all levels and in a variety of departments comes naturally to you.
- You have in depth knowledge and can easily address product uses, benefits and advantages and are able to facilitate innovative technical follow-up to close a sale.
- Target account selling (prospecting/lead generation, qualification and scoping, closing strategies, negotiations, etc.)
- Develop professional relationships with existing clients, prospects and partners throughout the organisational levels.
- You are an ambassador for Over-C at industry conferences and association meetings.
- You inspire change and energise and motivate others to set you and Over-C up for success.
- Play an integral part in this journey of building something innovative, disruptive and revolutionary.
