Interested in joining a strong and established manufacturing company in an exciting and challenging Industry? Our Kelowna operation is looking for a new individual to handle our day to day parts operations in the warehouse, to provide quick response times and the highest quality of service to our customers.


Responsibilities:

- Shipping and receiving of parts and finished goods

- Forklift operation

- Maintain inventory levels and manage stock orders

- Source parts availability for customers and manage customer requests

- Office administration including invoicing and AP


Requirements for Role:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a parts position in heavy equipment, automotive or similar industries

- Excellent computer and communication skills

- Must be able to self-manage and prioritize workload

- Ability to understand and follow procedures to ensure the highest level of accuracy

- Understand and identify parts from blueprints and CAD drawings

- Ability to use Microsoft Office including; Word, Excel and Outlook

- Previous experience with an ERP system or parts lookup system, background in heavy equipment and/or hydraulic systems would be considered an asset
