We are seeking a Sales Enablement Consultant to join our team!
Skaled Consultants are catalysts of organizational change. You’ll combine data-based insights with your expertise and experience to create solutions that transform our clients’ sales and marketing organizations. You will become a trusted business partner to C-level leadership and work directly with them to generate measurable and sustainable growth.
- Support companies on their Sales Transformation as they optimize key components on their Sales people, process and supporting technology
- Perform a gap analysis of customer's Sales team, process, methodology, and competencies
- Develop key recommendations and action plans focused on optimizing sales effectiveness
- Develop sales playbooks and associated materials
- Run sales trainings for teams of 10-30
- Provide weekly updates on key wins and areas of opportunity
1-2 years in Sales Enablement
AND at least 1 year in SaaS sales with relevant experience
