SlideGenius, Inc. is expanding its team of talented professionals by adding a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to focus on advertising, research and implementation for our own brand + expanding into a leadership role to offer this service to our existing clients.The Demand Gen Marketing Manager is responsible for producing and maximizing the volume and quality of new B2B leads pipeline. You will manage the strategy, execution and optimization of digital demand generation via various channels including paid search, display advertising, email and paid social marketing. You will coordinate with all related functions (Sales, Web Dev, Graphic Design, Content Marketing etc.) to build a comprehensive lead generation portfolio.
WITH GREAT POWER COMES GREAT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with web designers, developers and copywriters to establish online strategies and search engine-friendly website development as per current best practices
Write effective demand generation collateral such as landing pages, email and display ads
Develop audience segmentation definitions in coordination with Product Marketing and Sales
Help drive creation of effective demand assets and offers
Coordinate effective lead management processes
Perform keyword research and analysis and develop PPC blueprints for existing and new websites
Utilize tools to analyze website marketing performance and develop strategic recommendations
Complete PPC site audits as well as search engine ranking benchmarks and reports
Support Copywriters and Account Managers on all marketing issues
PPC budget planning and recommendations
Work directly with marketing department. to synchronize organic and paid search and increase efficiencies and conversions
Keep up to date with PPC best practices, search engine ranking and keyword research tools and industry research

WHAT’S ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED TO SIT AT THE TABLE:
5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation marketing, with at least 3 years directly managing marketing programs—experience in a B2B service industry preferred
Must have 1-3 years of PPC Google AdWords experience
4-year college degree; BS/BA in Marketing or Business preferred but not necessary
In-depth knowledge of Pay Per Click Optimization (PPC) best practices
Agency or dedicated in-house agency experience a plus
Google AdWords, Bing AdCenter, Facebook, LinkedIn advertising experience
Experience with keyword research and search engine ranking tools a must
Experience with web analytics technology such as Google Analytics
Experience in inbound linking/strategic linking a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact and manage expectations of clients, internal departments and management
Strong analytical and organizational skills and highly detail-oriented habits
Ability to work on multiple tasks and ability to meet deadlines
Must be comfortable in boutique company environment with emphasis on team
