Social Factor is looking for part-time (15-25 hrs p/week) Social Media Community Managers to work Monday through Friday during the hours of 9am-6pm (CST). The Community Manager role will work to develop a strong, growing presence for high profile clients within their social media. Candidates must have exceptional attention to detail, solid verbal and communication skills, be an excellent writer, a critical thinker, and be able to adapt to a unique tone of voice for different clients.


Part-Time Community Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent spelling and grammar skills (skills test will be given for final candidates)
  • Strong willingness to learn; proactive approach
  • Manage post times and frequency of all incoming content
  • Interact with users in real-time, answering questions and appropriately engaging in discussion and troubleshooting efforts
  • Ability to remain energetic and positive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of social media
  • Ability to inform frequent social media metrics
  • The candidate must have a deep knowledge of social media technologies, platforms, and services
  • Spredfast certification and experience is a plus

  • 2-3 years experience in a social media community manager role
