The VP of Operations will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and expanding best practices for Operations as the company continues to scale to support a diverse group of clients including Fortune 100 clients. 


Provide leadership for IT, Finance/Accounting, Legal, Compliance, and agency operations for the company. 

Working with the Director of Finance to establish scalable processes that support both financial reporting and modeling future agency operations to optimize forecasting and performance. 

Work with IT leadership to establish best practices for processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources

Lead SOC audit team and establish and maintain internal control to ensure ongoing compliance with all requirements

Provide leadership in the development, review and compliance with all agency legal documentation for partners, vendors, employees as well as general agency needs such as lease agreements, insurance, intellectual property, and others as required.

Ensures that departmental decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, organization, etc. are in line with the organization’s business plan and vision.

Oversee facilities management 

Monitor agency performance and regularly identify opportunities for improved efficiency


Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in related field, MBA preferred

A minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership position preferably in a growing organization

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

An analytical mind with good organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.

Outstanding leadership skills.

Experience with Social Media, Advertising, or Marketing related companies a plus.

Experience with international expansion a plus 

Experience with project management software a plus, (Asana, Monday, Jira, etc.)

Experience with accounting software a plus, (QuickBooks, Netsuite, etc.)
