Title:                Sales Renewals Administrator – 7 month Fixed Term Contract

Location:         Dundrum Dublin

Role Description:

This role is required for Strencom Group, a Cloud Computing and Connectivity company. This is a fixed term contract for 7 months covering maternity leave with potential for a full time roll to be offered subject to company growth. The location of role is Dundrum Business Park, Classon House.

Strencom offer a challenging and rapidly growing environment. The current mix of responsibilities are generated across the Strencom Group. This role will primarily be focused on repeat sales via renewal licencing with multiple vendors within a professional services environment. You will join a team of 9 in the Sales team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Sales Renewals Order Processing via Salesforce.com for Strencom group
  • Customer support management during the renewals life cycle
  • Fulfillment of licensing Quotations, Purchase Orders
  • Inventory Management (incoming/outgoing customer licences)
  • CRM Sales & Customer Reporting
  • Ability to highlight end of life products from vendors and advise the appropriate department
  • Establish & Maintain Peer to Peer Relationship with Vendors through day to day operations
  • Pricing of supplier circuits
  • Administration of weekly sales meeting


  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Following the relevant training take responsibility for the Sales Renewals Process
  • Experience working in a customer renewals environment
  • Excellent telephone manner with administrative skills to match

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Ability to work on your own initiative

  • Monthly salary is €2,100 to €2.500 depending on experience. 
  • 20 days holidays per year
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
