TCC is looking for an Operations Specialist to join our expanding tax credits team.


Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with team members to assist with the process of documentation from and to state workforce agencies in a timely manner
  • Deliver consistent results on all assignments focusing on accuracy, especially on repetitive process-oriented tasks
  • Follow process guides to navigate proprietary software for proper keying and document storage procedures
  • Daily tasks include data entry, document sorting, scanning and categorizing


Qualifications:

  • 1+ years in a similarly experienced position
  • Basic Microsoft Suite experience, primarily Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of attention to detail
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
