TCC is looking for a Process Manager to join our expanding tax credits team.


  • Daily supervision and collaboration with staff to arrange adequate coverage of assignments to and from state workforce agencies needing completion each day
  • Ability to prioritize in real time based on deadlines and current asks
  • Clear barriers for staff assisting with software issues, questions on documentation and facilitating training
  • Work directly with leadership to review team performance and assist in driving process improvements as well as delivering team feedback
  • Assist with scheduling needs to ensure adequate coverage for assignments each day


  • High school diploma/GED equivalent, Bachelors preferred
  • 3+ years related management experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Suite experience, primarily Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of attention to detail
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
