TCC is looking for a Manager, State and Client Performance to join our expanding tax credits team.


  • Maintain relationships with all Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) state coordinators and communicate information to internal teams
  • Identify opportunities to maximize our clients WOTC performance
  • Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to enhance our client performance in WOTC state workforce agencies across the country.
  • Monitor and manage metrics for each state to optimize timely responses


  • 2+ years in account management or similar credits analytics functions
  • 3+ years working with the Work Opportunity Tax Credit program
  • Experience in relationship development with WOTC state coordinators a plus
  • Excellent research, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to exceptional client service
  • Self-motivated problem solver essential
  • Strong project, and people management and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel and work at state agencies
