Manager, State and Client Performance
TCC is looking for a Manager, State and Client Performance to join our expanding tax credits team.
- Maintain relationships with all Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) state coordinators and communicate information to internal teams
- Identify opportunities to maximize our clients WOTC performance
- Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to enhance our client performance in WOTC state workforce agencies across the country.
- Monitor and manage metrics for each state to optimize timely responses
- 2+ years in account management or similar credits analytics functions
- 3+ years working with the Work Opportunity Tax Credit program
- Experience in relationship development with WOTC state coordinators a plus
- Excellent research, and verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to exceptional client service
- Self-motivated problem solver essential
- Strong project, and people management and organizational skills
- Ability to travel and work at state agencies
