TCC is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our expanding tax credits team.


  • Serve as the single point of contact for clients that contract with TCC for hiring based incentive solution services, maintaining a solid understanding of TCC’s product offerings
  • Review and translate information requests from internal teams to customers, acting as a liaison to motivate client responsiveness
  • Manage a centralized email address and phone number where general customer service support is provided, responding within 24 hours
  • Prioritize, track, categorize and resolve customer service issues in a timely manner
  • Retain clients by ensuring satisfaction, reference-ability and overall revenue growth in assigned customer base


  • 2+ years in consulting/professional services
  • Basic Microsoft Suite experience, primarily Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of relationship building
  • Experience in Account Management or Sales a plus
  • Self-motivated problem solver
