TCC is looking for an Account Manager to join our expanding tax credits team

 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of contact for clients that contract with TCC for hiring based incentive solution services, maintaining a solid understanding of TCC’s product offerings
  • Engage in the overall health management and performance maintenance of assigned clients
  • Build cross functional relationships with clients, motivate them to action and drive engagement on relevant topics
  • Engage customers to pursue new business opportunities with TCC
  • Retain clients by ensuring satisfaction, reference-ability and overall revenue growth in assigned customer base

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in consulting/professional services
  • 5+ years in WOTC customer success management or similar function
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of relationship building
  • Self-motivated problem solver
