The Role

We’re searching for a Graphic Designer who will work across the Marketing org, contributing to existing projects and programs, and assisting with the development of new initiatives to build awareness among students, and lead generation. 

You will create marketing materials, by translating business objectives and project information into compelling content that tells a visual story, while building both the internal TimelyMD and client program brands. You will design a wide variety of content across online and offline channels including: print, collateral, landing pages, banners, motion, environmental and more.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development and creation of conceptual, high-quality, brand materials 
  • Develop a range of marketing collateral for B2B and B2C audiences
  • Bring strategic, innovative ideas to life from concept through execution
  • Interpret brand guidelines for consistency and alignment
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities with tight deadlines
  • Act as a resource and provide design mentoring to marketing and tech staff
  • Participate in project brainstorms, team strategy sessions and project check-ins
  • Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, plus share best practices, marketing ideas and tactics with the team
  • Creating visual continuity across all marketing assets and deliverables - both print and digital
  • Manage database of client branding information  
  • Meet with team members regularly to align on design needs and projects
  • Routinely review design assets for accuracy and need for updating
  • Identify opportunities to customize assets for specific audiences or initiatives 

What You Bring

  • Relevant degree preferred in Visual arts, graphic design or related field
  • 5-8 years experience working in a fast-paced agency or client-side marketing environment
  • Online portfolio demonstrating concept and design design skills
  • Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and advanced knowledge of all MS Office Products
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, be proactive, and work effectively with minimal supervision under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and high-quality output
  • Self-motivated with the ability to creatively and strategically solve problems
  • Familiarity with workflow tools, strong communications and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills to effectively interact with colleagues and all levels of management
  • Ability to focus on details while demonstrating ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with managing multiple branding requirements within a single design
  • spreadsheet and database experience, preferred
