Our client a provider of services in the property sector and based on the Southside of Dublin is seeking a capable and efficient person to join their administrative team. This is an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised and competent person to join a busy, fast-paced office environment. As Administrator you will work with colleagues supporting the sales and logistics teams and providing general administration support to the management team as required. This is a permanent position with easy access to buses and/or parking.
Dealing with client queries via phone, email and post.
Meeting and greeting clients
Arranging property viewings and liaising with Sales Agents
Setting up appointments
Updating and maintaining all relevant websites and portals with new properties (Daft, Myhome.ie etc.)
Updating the database and client files
Assist with the creation of brochures and promotional material
General administration support - typing, filing and management of correspondence
Skills and capabilities
Good level of IT literacy, including proficiency in MS Office
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Excellent communications skills - verbal and written.
Good typing skills
2+ years of working as an administrator/receptionist in a busy office environment
