This role is primarily responsible for qualifying leads, finding solution to problems, and working the management and marketing department. Our ideal candidate is ambitious and energetic. This role has a great potential for growth and advancement.
Leadership, management, support and motivation of your team to set forth sales strategies and meet company goals.
Create progress reports of week, month, quarter and yearly sales.
Manage a team of sales development representatives while obtaining individual performance metrics.
Follow through to the company's client care policies and procedures.
Demonstrate drive and determination for achieving goals.
Excellent time management skills.
Encourages team members, communicate team goals and identify areas for new training or skill checks.
Assists management in the hiring process and team member training.
Answers team member doubts, helps with problems, and oversees their work for quality and compliance.
Organize and lead team meetings to inform them on best practices and continuing expectations.
Generate thorough and detailed reports about team's performance, objectives, and deadlines.
Provides exceptional customer service when interacting with customers, answering their inquiries, and effectively handling their complaints
Proficiency in Swedish.
2+ years in sales management.
Proven track of success in building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Experience in lead qualification and sales development in tech industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
Proven track record of achieving measurable goals.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Bachelor Degree in technical or business discipline is preferred.
Have an understanding of technology, particularly security, telecommunications, networking and IP technology solutions.
Experienced with Salesforce.com
Ability perform exceptionally in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Ability to travel in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Ability to travel to their headquarters in the U.S.
Work from their office in Dublin, Ireland.
