Responsibilities

  • Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
  • Design effective training programs
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, product training sessions, compliance training etc.
  • Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
  • Support and mentor new employees
  • Manage training records to ISMS standard
  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
  • Monitor employee performance and response to training
  • Coaching as required


Role Criteria

Skills

  • Proven experience as a trainer
  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
  • Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in teaching
  • Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint); e-learning software is an asset
  • Phenomenal communication, presentation and speaking skills
  • Organizational and time management abilities
  • Critical thinking and decision making


What you have.

A relevant qualification in a training related discipline.

Excellent presentation skills

Call Centre Experience

Previous experience in a teaching/training capacity.

An ability to understand and persevere and teach through a variety of techniques

Excellent Communication Skills both Written and Oral.

A keen eye for detail.
