We are seeking a Sales Trainer to assist in the daily operations and training/development functions for a growing Business Sales Team.
As an EMEA Sales Trainer, you provide direction, training and guidance to a International Sales Team, based in East Point,
As an effective Team Trainer and part of the management team you will seek to understand your team members strengths, weaknesses and motivations. You must be a strong people leader who is able to partner well with Team leaders and lead the charge in driving high performance within teams as well as developing new and refining existing training and development programmes.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, an ability to motivate and manage people effectively, the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks, coordinate projects between various departments and provide other general support as needed in the role.
Managing and leading teams in achieving sales training operational objectives
Monitoring and evaluating development and performance of teams providing coaching and support to them along with their team leaders
Developing training strategy and oversee training results - measuring impact and effectiveness of training programmes
Maintaining communication and building relationships with Google stakeholders to understand needs and drive new strategies
Researching new trends and evaluating effectiveness of training tools, working on opportunities, challenges, and risks the industry/company is facing
Supporting the execution of special projects as needed, such as the organisation of department-wide trainings/events
5+ years of proven success in managing training in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, Sales (B2B) training in the Tech space. Previous Google experience highly desirable
5+ years experience managing and developing training programs, creating curriculum and facilitating trainings for full cycle outbound sales
Demonstrate experience leading, coaching and developing a training team
Strong customer focus with commitment to the delivery of the highest standards in customer delivery and personal professionalism
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence effectively at different levels both verbally and in writing
Experience in direct digital sales essential
Proficient in Salesforce and Google Office (including Google Docs, Sheets and Slides)
Proactive, positive and flexible in disposition and can readily respond to the changing demands of the business to ensure the optimal performance of the operation.
Salary 30 - 34 K plus 30 % Bonus - 44 K OTE
Excellent hours: Monday-Friday, market specific shifts
