Customer Service Representative - UKI Market 

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm


We are currently offering the opportunity to work from home or from our offices/hubs. A blend of Home and Office working will also be available in the future.


What is the role?


We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for one of our clients in the UK/Ireland Market . As a Customer Service representative you will be providing excellent support experience to our client' customers via phone (inbound & outbound) and email, assisting them with their queries and providing information.

Minimum Requirements

  • Professional level of English
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • Customer service experience
  • Solution focused mindset
  • Positive attitude
  • Customer retention experience
